3-D has been managing Tucson’s real estate investments since 1979.  As such, we have been through multiple ups and downs in the Tucson rental market, helping our clients to navigate the good and bad times.  We have seen it all and our experience is your asset.

We handle everything for our clients, from rent collection and mortgage payments to the legal process of evictions and major maintenance projects.  We handle everything so that you don’t have to.  Moreover, we offer our clients electronic account distributions and statements by email, as well as mailed statements and checks.

In addition, we offer tenants the ability to pay online, over the phone or in our office, by check, money order or credit card. We list our vacancies on over 20 websites and market our properties with the University of Arizona and local businesses.  We also get a lot of word-of-mouth traffic to our office due to brand recognition and our lengthy history in the community.

Management Fees

We offer very competitive pricing for our services.  While we do not have a flat rate fee that we charge, we are flexible and take into account such things as: location, condition, potential rents, number of properties/units, and type of property.

Compared to our competitors, we do not charge a “setup” fee and we do not get paid unless your property is rented, no matter how tough the market is.  We also do not charge a fee to market your properties online, on our website or any other.  We work to maximize your return on investment while protecting you and your property.
