Rental Application

Things to remember when submitting your application:

* The application fee is $30 dollars for the main application and $15 for each additional application.


* Everyone over 18 years of age who will be residing in the unit must fill out an application.


* Application fees must be paid in cash, money order, or cashier’s check.  We will not accept personal checks at this time.  Alternatively, you may pay your application fees online through our “Pay Rent” feature.


* Please remember to bring picture ID’s and proof of Social Security for everyone over 18.


* To speed up the application process, please bring in your most recent pay stub.  We will need this to verify your employment.  If you cannot provide us with a pay stub, we will need a letter of verification of employment from your supervisor on company letterhead.


* Please make sure that you have done a physical walkthrough of the inside of the unit that you are applying for. We will not accept a deposit on the unit if you have not done a walkthrough of the unit.


* ½ the deposit is required to hold a property.  We can hold a property for up to 14 days.  Please only place the deposit if you are sure that you want the property, as the deposit is non-refundable if you decline to take the unit.

Terms and conditions: In connection with my rental application with you, I understand that an investigative consumer report may be requested that will include information as to my character, credit and past rental history. I voluntarily and knowingly authorize any present or past landlord; administrator; law enforcement agency, state agency, federal agency; finance bureau/office; credit bureau; collection agency; private business; personal reference; and/or other persons to give records or information they may have concerning my criminal history, credit history, character, and employment history or any other information requested to 3-D Management & Investments. I voluntarily and knowingly unconditionally release any named or unnamed informant from any and all liability resulting from the furnishing of this information. This authorization shall be valid for one year from the date signed or submitted and a photographic, electronic or faxed copy of this authorization shall be as valid as the original.
